• Look around the town you grew up in and ask yourself, Is this place good for me? What does it have to offer me?

• Look at the friends you hang out with, are they beneficial? Are they ambitious? Do they have goals?

• Work hard in high school, and then start looking into community colleges outside of the area you grew up in. You can work part-time and get FINANCIAL AID. There is nothing wrong with that. The SHIT GOVERNMENT will pay for Associate's and Bachelor's degrees. Frankly, education should be FREE. You can go to school and work part-time. As for a Master's and PH.D, numerous grants can be found to pay for those degrees. Stay away from private schools like Platt as they steal money from Financial Aid.

• Make goals and figure it out. Nothing has to be set in stone; just get started. You can change plans as your journey begins to take shape. Don't look back, just keep moving forward. Tell no one of your plans.

• If you are "JUST A GIRL," STOP!! Don't get caught up with some loser who is going nowhere; he will only keep you stuck, barefoot, and pregnant. Older men are no better; they are usually pigs with the same mentality. You are smarter and better than that!

• If you go to a party and you put your drink down and walk away, someone can slip drugs into it, just walk away. Serve your own drink and finish it. Never drink from someone else's cup.

• Rich men are NOT THE ANSWER; those scum can beat and hurt you and get away with it. Many have drug and alcohol problems, a lot of them are pedo's. Rich men buy women they don't have relationships.

• If you find yourself drinking, taking pills, and using other recreational drugs from the dentist or doctor, STOP! You are addicted. You are NOT IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE, THE ADDICTIONS ARE! DENTISTS and DOCTORS WANT PEOPLE TO GET HOOKED ON DRUGS!

• Still, hanging out and following high school friends at 50 who never graduated? Not a good idea since those people did nothing to succeed, grow, or change. They're competitive in being jealous and unsupportive.

• Make a few ambitious friends who are goal-oriented and worth keeping unless they change for the worse, then walk away. People can turn into vampires and infect you with their negative energy. Keep positive people in your life, not vampires.

• Try different things to gain experience and understand your strengths and weaknesses. Knowledge is power. Keep yourself grounded with exercise and positive thinking. Stay clear of toxic ass wads, that includes family!

• Practice how to speak in job interviews, employers seek to weed out and not hire, and they are selective and usually biased.

• While I'm on the subject, be disciplined and read as much as possible to be a critical thinker. People who watch television to gain knowledge are ignorant with a 2x2 vision of stupidity, endorsing the lies being told by unworthy sources at face value.

• Study hard in high school, so when you transfer to a community college, your study habits will have developed. It lessens the struggles. Develop good study habits since they're never taught to anyone. Teachers never teach students HOW to study.

• Don't waste your time with people who go to college to gratify their ego or to please someone else. There is a lot of that.

• Always know you can rely on yourself because people will disappoint you. I know you're human, but don't allow the opposite sex to distract you; it will lead down the rabbit hole when you are trying to accomplish a goal!

• Where you are going is UP UP UP, and you don't need anyone, male or female, dragging you DOWN DOWN DOWN. Identify TOXIC - JEALOUS - MISGUIDED people who lead nowhere. As you get older, you will realize people are a waste of time.

• Be careful of those you invest your time with. If friends spend more time partying and hanging out with boys, and getting into trouble. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME! Drop them, they are going nowhere and will end up a statistic or in JAIL!

• If people are drinking and experiencing DRUGS, get out and fast. It will ONLY LEAD to disaster and down the rabbit hole.

• SELF-RESPECT is NOT allowing a man to hit, beat, or get you pregnant. RED FLAG!! He will lie and manipulate you for sex and keep you separated from friends and family. This is a sign of domestic violence.

• Know that people will lie, betray, and disappoint you. If they do, cut them off silently; it's not worth talking about, as they will lie again and again with manipulation. This will happen from those closets to you, everybody is using everybody these days.

• Girls get their period around 10 to 12 years old. You can find videos on how to use Tampons, but Kotex is best to use when you are just starting. No, you won't die, it's a natural process. Menopause begins at 50, just in case Mom forgets to tell you.

• PREGNANCY CAN BE DETERMINED AS EARLY AS TWO WEEKS.  NO NEED TO PANIC, DO THINGS RIGHT.

• ​STOP ALLOWING YOUR BOYFRIEND TO HURT YOUR KIDS. I SEE THIS TOO MUCH IN EVERYDAY SOCIETY!

• "I LOVE YOU" sometimes means GOODBYE. They're doing you a favor. You will know when the words are true.

• TRUE LOVE comes with understanding, patience, hard work, and sacrifice. Most couples today are in relationships for money.

• Many of these events could happen between the ages of 23 through 38 because it's a mid-life change during this stage of your life. It's a transformation that will weigh on you mentally and emotionally. It happens to everyone, it's about "SELF IDENTITY". You are changing during this time into adulthood, and this is why it's so hard. Be careful and take care of yourself; you will be vulnerable most of the time. You will feel depressed, angry, and confused. You don't need a shrink; embrace it, learn from the change.

• MOST OF ALL, BE CONSCIOUS OF YOUR ACTIONS AND WORDS! MAKE GOOD DECISIONS AND YOU WILL HAVE FEWER PROBLEMS.
